Thank you for choosing EverStride.
We designed our shoes to support children through everyday adventures, and with the right care they'll be ready for many more.
Looking After Your EverStrides
To help keep your EverStrides looking and performing their best, we recommend:
- Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth.
- Allow shoes to air dry naturally if they become wet.
- Avoid machine washing or tumble drying.
- Keep away from direct heat, as this may affect the materials and adhesives.
- Store your shoes in a cool, dry place when not in use.
EverStride shoes are designed for everyday wear. To help extend their life, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, excessive heat and abrasive surfaces where possible.
Everyday Wear
If your child is anything like Chloe, they'll probably want to wear their EverStrides every day.
From playground adventures and family outings to school and exploring, children's shoes are made to be lived in.
Children are wonderfully active, and every child's walking pattern is unique. Cosmetic scuffing, creasing and general signs of wear from everyday use are completely normal and are part of enjoying your shoes.
Children who toe walk, drag a foot, frequently catch their toes on steps or wear AFOs or orthotics may experience increased wear in certain areas of the shoe. This type of wear is expected and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Manufacturing Faults
We're committed to providing high-quality footwear and stand behind the products we make.
If you believe your EverStrides have a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We'll carefully assess your claim and, where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we'll repair, replace or refund the product in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Need Help?
If you're unsure whether what you're seeing is normal wear or a manufacturing fault, please get in touch.
We're always happy to answer your questions and help find the best solution.
