We're a family business, and we're genuinely grateful you've chosen to shop with us. These Terms & Conditions explain how our website and online store operate. They're here to help set clear expectations for both you and us.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Who We Are
EverStride Kids™ is operated by EverStride Footwear Pty Ltd (ABN 59 699 219 620, ACN 699 219 620).
Our mission is simple: to create stylish, comfortable footwear that helps children move with confidence, especially those who wear AFOs, orthotics or need a little extra support.
Ordering From Us
When you place an order, you're confirming that:• The information you've provided is accurate.• You're authorised to use the payment method provided.• You've reviewed the product description and Size Guide before purchasing.
Once your order has been placed, we'll send you an email confirming we've received it.
We'll then carefully prepare your order for dispatch and send you another email once it's on its way.
Very occasionally, something unexpected may happen, such as an item selling out or a pricing error occurring. If we're unable to fulfil your order, we'll contact you as soon as possible to discuss the available options, including a replacement, backorder or full refund.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
While we always aim to keep our pricing accurate, we reserve the right to update prices, promotions and product information at any time.
Product Availability
We do our best to keep our website up to date.
If a product becomes unavailable after you've placed your order, we'll contact you promptly to discuss the best solution.
Product Information & Fit
We work hard to ensure our product descriptions, sizing information and photography accurately represent our footwear.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Every child's feet, orthotics and AFOs are different, so fit may vary. Our Size Guide and any fitting information we provide are intended as guidance only and cannot guarantee that a particular size or style will accommodate every foot, AFO or orthotic.
If you're unsure which size is right for your child, we're always happy to help before you order.
Shipping
We'll always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider.
Once your order has left our hands, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier. While we'll always help where we can, we can't accept responsibility for delays outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges
We understand that finding the right fit is important.
If something isn't quite right, we'll do our best to make the process as simple as possible.

Product Care & Everyday Wear
If your child is anything like Chloe, they'll probably want to wear their EverStrides every day.
That's exactly what we designed them for.
Children are wonderfully active, and every child's walking pattern is unique. Some children toe walk, drag a foot, catch their toes on steps or spend every spare minute climbing, running and exploring.
As a result, cosmetic scuffing and everyday wear are a normal part of children's footwear.
Shoes worn with AFOs or orthotics may also experience increased wear in certain areas depending on how they're used.
This type of wear is considered normal and isn't regarded as a manufacturing fault.
If you believe your shoes have a genuine manufacturing fault, please contact us. We'll happily assess the issue and work with you to find the best solution.

Everything on this website, including our EverStride™ name, logo, branding, product designs, photographs, graphics and written content, belongs to EverStride Footwear Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.
Please don't copy, reproduce or use any of our content without our written permission.
Our Liability
We take great pride in the quality of our products and want every family to have a positive experience with EverStride.
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't responsible for:• Normal wear and tear from everyday use.• Incorrect use or misuse of our products.• Variations in fit due to individual foot shape, orthotics or AFO design.• Indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If there's a major problem with your purchase, you're entitled to a replacement or refund.
You're also entitled to have your goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Any personal information you provide is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
As EverStride grows, these Terms & Conditions may change from time to time.
The most current version will always be available on our website.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
